All papers will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After carefully reviewing, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, archived in the online Digital Library and submitted to EI Compendex, CPCI-S(ISTP), Scopus, Googel Scholar and CNKI Scholar for indexing. Excellent papers will be recommended to SCI and EI journals.
NOTE: Original experimental or theoretical results that have never been published before or are currently being considered for publication elsewhere should be reported in all submitted publications. These requirements should be met by all articles submitted to the conference. We truly think that the most important quality for any academic is ethical behavior. Plagiarism and other wrongdoing are therefore intolerable and will not be allowed.
